Used this to replace a very old cistern. Went together well and operates perfectly giving a good flush. It was excellent value.
Very easy to install, very sturdy and solid. No need to worry about it lasting. Definitely be buying again

Inlet valve failed after a year and the toilet flushes water via the overflow. Despite being a sealed system everything is covered in some kind of slime too.
I bought this to replace a leaking cistern. It is better laid out than my old one, was a breeze to put all of the components together and it worked perfectly - nice and silent. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the instruction booklet makes no mention of the filter on the inlet valve - this can be replaced with one from the accessories bag if you do not have enough pressure.

Perfect replacement for existing one that failed. Only 4 stars as plastic threaded inlet would be much better in brass.

Nice simple unit, but after setting up to suggested setting as per instructions the flushing is not effective enough to remove all waste. I’m looking to replace it and adjust water volume.
Excellent design, with side or bottom feed options and supplied with cone and flush pipe
Ok, but the rubber on the flush pipe isn’t the best, very tight fit and needed some lube to ensure it seated properly into the syphon. Also could do with some blanks to cap off the holes in the side of the cistern if using bottom entry.
