Had a smaller one from Plasplugs was very good
Performed as advertised and made the tile cutting quite easy
I used this on some 450mm x 450mm ceramic tiles. I cut them okay using this cutter they were tough to snap though so eventually I broke one. With not having many spare I went back to using the wet saw. For the money I would say it is an okay product for the odd project. I would imagine that me not being a tiler by trade led to the tile breakage.
Bought this as a click and collect but on arrival given a ripped box held together with an elastic band. I asked if it had been returned but told that it had just been on the shelf a long time ! Asked for a discount given the condition but told take it or leave it. I left it and won't be back.
Returned due to size but on opening it seem solid although bits were floating in the box
Excellent tile cutter for the value. Reasonably solid and cuts 7mm tiles neat and clean.Just ensure that you scribe the tile with a reasonable force so the ceramic glaze scribes and perhapsseveral times and ensure the breaker bar is at the fronr edge of the tile and not half way down the tile...
Bought this to cut some.45 cm tiles 9 mm thick for a bathroom project and it worked an absolute treat, once I remembered how to use it. There were no instructions in the box but watched a video on YouTube and it was really easy.
Excellent product that works well for the job I had in mind.
Splits the larger tiles well but no integral cutting bit. You have to score the tile first. Possibly a standard on budget tile cutters
Very poorly made. We haven't even finished one bathroom and had to revert to using our grinder.
Works great, cut 10mm ok, easier with 7mm thick but looks and feels robust. Nice cutter!

Its an ideal device for ceramic tile cutting. Suitable for large and small tiles, its sturdy and simple to use
Good budget tile cutter. Best to have a practice cut or two first. I will gladly use this for my business ongoing.
Bought to cut tiles for bathroom ,the tiles were marble 12.5 thick. The tile cutter did not work on these tiles, but probably fine for thinner tiles
nice handy tool and very good for small jobs and the only drawback is that the two rubber strips on the bottom metal part are not glued properly, they came loose easily
Bought this to do some tiling, had a missing part and looked like it had been used, put back in box and returned. Too much hassle to return and I would have probably been accused of using it putting it back in the box and returning it.
We bought it to cut the ceramic but unfortunately is it was breaking the tiles. :( :(
Picked this up in order to speed up straight cuts to 500mm x 250mm, 9mm thick wall tiles. Watched the YouTube videos and gave it a go. I used the offcuts that I had, and when I had scored them they looked ok. When using the tool to break the tiles, they looked like broken shortbread. Returned and refunded. Not up to the job.
