Quick, easy to apply very efficient method is exactly what it says on the tin
Wasn't sure what to expect from this product but was pleasantly surprised to find it was easy to use and has helped my final finish in a areas of high moisture.

Easy to apply, though it sprays well wider than grout line. Does need reapplying periodically.
Need a lot more than 2 applications for grout, initial coat dissapeared as soon as applied, same with second and third application.
Still seeing a couple of patches were water isn't beading off the grout.... but to be honest...will wait and see.
Next time I will try a different product that's less time consuming.
Application method- sprayed into a pot and brush applied,as it was only the grout that had to be sealed.

Who new waterproof grout is not always waterproof? This stuff stopped a serious leak that was making floor in room next door wet. Sprayed it all over
tiles and 24hrs later no more leak.
Used this to seal the grout on a shower enclosure. Followed the instructions. It failed completely. Now getting more mould/mildew/discolouration than I had before.
Bought this few days ago spray on grout and after few hours I can't see any difference, so I sprayed again. It's like putting water but more smelly. Just for tet I spray piece of paper and after few hours no difference. For me is waste of money. Now I order ZEP grout sealer from another shop. Will see.

Had a leaking shower and after regrouting it I used this sealer which seems to have done the job
Used it to seal the grout and tiles in our shower. Did not find the smell that overpowering.
Once dried the water formed into beads running running off the tiles and grout as described.
I feel this will reduce any mould forming on the grout. Would buy again.
This stuff is amazing. It has a great coverage and it is the easiest sealer I have ever applied.

I have used this on the bathroom in my old house and bathroom on my new house. Both times it has worked perfectly. Completely transparent. You alomst can't see it going on. Does not seem to discolour at all over time. Water droplets form on the grout after this is sprayed on which shows the sealant element is working.
I think it's probably best to spray this onto fresh grout as it will protect the grout from the beginning without the grout already being discoloured from use and some moisture absorbed, however I have sprayed it onto my bathroom in my newer house which has pretty decent and fairly recent grout put in within the last few years and is still in good condition without much staining. Cleaned the grout up and sprayed it on, seems to be working well. Easy to wipe down and will increase the longevity of the grout as well as the waterproofing of the grout it self.
I believe if your going to go to the effort of regeouting or tiling you may as well spend £17 for this grout sealer to make it last longer!
