Good solid eyelets which I needed to use to support some temporary Christmas light cables. A little more substantial than the picture implied (good!) and ideal for my job.
It does what it is supposed to do, sturdy and strong. I now have a wire frame my climbing plants can clamber up.
Hands down the best vine eyes, I have ever used in my entire life. Now all my vines have many many eyes.
Would have preferred eye to be slightly bigger to pass additional cord, I did not use wire as the material to be tightened as with wire it would be too easy to put excessive force and bend the item. I used a screwdriver to turn the item into the wood actually into a 3mm pilot hole, I experienced no shearing or bending at all.
My work duty was to tie down a tarpaulin onto a 5m by 3m piece of wooden decking to prevent damage and to over-winter without worry. Roll on next spring.
