Unika TopSeal Sealant & Adhesive Clear

TopSeal is a high strength, waterproof and flexible colour matched Backsplash and Upstand Sealant that Bonds and Seals at the same time.

Adheres to a wide range of surfaces – Quartz, Laminate, Stainless Steel, Glass and many others, TopSeal is an excellent gap filler and has little shrinkage.

Waterproof and flexible once cured, with 10 – 15 minutes open time, use to secure Upstands, Backsplashes and Wall Panels in place.

UV Stable, easy to apply in all conditions, even bonds to damp surfaces. Fast cure even at low temperatures.

Contains no solvents and is Environmentally friendly. So there is no smell, no fumes and it is non toxic, does not stain and does not bleed on granite or other porous surfaces.

TopSeal has a 18 month shelf life (unopened).
