The Unika 700mm Multi Surface Trade Jig has multiple peg posiations for 600mm, 616mm, 635mm, and 700mm worktops.
It's also suitable for 500mm vanity tops and additional compact laminate and slimline bolt slots.
It has 3x bolt slots for standard and slimline bolts and 3x bolt slots for compact toggle bolts.
The jig creates a perfect curved worktop and includes 10mm and 23mm inset options for neater modern joints.
35mm cut-out for hinges and other apertures.
Jig will be exactly what I need to fit 20mm worktops.
The pins that came with mine just dont fit, i tried to force one with hammer and it broke off and i had to punch the thing out, the trend pins off my old jig fit but the red pins that came with it are impossible to get in the holes.
Really nice solid jig. No wobble or the usual flex on male cuts. Can be a bit of a faff when working out which holes to use because of the 2 offsets, but delivers a nice clean joint.
Only issue is the pegs are very very tight requiring a rubber mallet to fully insert and remove them. I assume they will ease up in time with use. Well worth the money.
Very easy to fathom. Leaves a spot on job. Pegs kept neat and tidy in their own box
Quite expensive for a bit of wood but does the job
