The Trollull Stainless Steel Wool Pads are specially developed abrasive pads designed for demanding surface preparation tasks on humid surfaces or when working with chemical products. These specialist stainless steel wool pads offer superior corrosion resistance compared to standard steel wool, making them ideal for applications where moisture or chemical reactions could compromise conventional materials. These pads are particularly well-suited for the surface treatment of wood species containing high levels of tannic acid, including oak, walnut and mahogany. The stainless steel construction prevents the unsightly black staining that can occur when standard steel wool reacts with tannic acid in these timbers, ensuring a clean, professional finish on fine woodworking projects. The combination of durability and chemical resistance makes these pads an excellent choice for professional woodworkers, furniture restorers and joiners working with premium hardwoods or applying chemical treatments. Features and Benefits: • Stainless steel construction prevents rust and corrosion when working on humid surfaces • Will not react with tannic acid, avoiding black staining on oak, walnut and mahogany • Suitable for use with chemical products without material degradation Specifications: Grade: Stainless Steel
