Problems with this order began with my ‘next day click and collect’, it took 3 days to arrive instead of one. I only discovered this when I drove to the branch to get it because Toolstation inconveniently do not include branch numbers in their online contact info.
When I got the shower the box had already been opened but staff said it because they had checked it, however, when the plumber fitting it took it out the box he wasn’t prepared to deal with it as the inner packaging was already messed up and he wasn’t going to risk spending an hour trying to fit a shower that someone else had already returned.
Therefore, he took it back to Toolstation for a refund and the staff (different from when I collected) were excellent and processed the refund with apologies and no extra hassle.
The shower is a good product (as you would expect from Triton)
The controls are less clunky than older models making it feel better in use.
The only downside is that I had to fit & re-fit the front about 4 times before the power button seated properly, so, try the power button before you screw the front on.
I had a older version and the older version of the same make and it was t80z it was more powerful
Great shower and easy fit does what it says on the box
First rate product but I think the shower head could fit into the holder a bit better. I would also prefer the light on the "start" button to go of when not on. It did on my very old triton shower. These are only minor quibbles.
This shower was easy to fit and came as described.

A neat little shower to replace an old one of same model. Everything lined up and easy job for my plumber.
Have found the medium heat setting too weak a water flow for my liking, but great on the high setting. Hope it continues during a Scottish winter! Time will tell!
ordered shower unit on Sunday & collected 10 minutes later. The staff were very polite and helpful and gave good help on other sale products
This electric shower is not good sofar.my electrician fix it , buthe find shower unit's on off switch is not working at all.He suggest me return it.it is not worth for nothing. What Would you suggest me.shall I return it and claim for refund.This shower unit gave me too much hassel.i am not happy.can I claim for lost of time and too much hassel.Thank you.sukhdev bahra.
It’s definitely worth the money and easy to fit. My only criticism is if one person has a shower it’s great then if someone else wants one it takes up to a whole minute of cold water to come through before it finally gets back up to temperature. Might seem petty but when it’s pumping up to 5ltrs a minute that’s a lot of wasted water.
Very disappointed. On British voltage which is stated as 230v it is only 8.5 kW.very misled because that is not stated on the outside of the box .I will never believe or trust Triton again. Very shady sales promotion.
This shower was a replacement for a Sambada shower that developed a heating fault. Cable and plumbing entry points were virtuly the same. I just needed to drill 2 holes to secure the shower and the existing holes were then⁹oʻǰ hidden behind the new shower. As the existing rail was in good condition, I used that. Installation was indeed an easy fit.

Second one in 18 months, have attempted to use the warranty via Triton however they really are not bothered, I would tent to advise people to stay clear, in a nutshell absolute rubbish with rubbish customer service from Triton with the none existent warranty.
I've replaced a lot of showers the worry being will the existing water and electric supplies fit. This shower was so well thought out that the water and electric can be adjusted easily to allow them to be brought in either side. Well done Triton. Truly easy fit.
Great shower use them all the time for rental property’s very reliable.
