Had to buy another one of these because the first one broke after going back to the tool station I bought it from I was told that I could exchange the broken one in another store, the following day I went to another store closer to the property the old one was installed in only to be told I had to book a triton engineer to come and look at the damaged one then went back to the original store to ask if this was true only to be told that yes I had to call triton to arrange for an engineer to come out, the only option I had was to by a new one as the tenant had already been without a shower for 3 days and a triton engineer would not be able to call out for at least another week, this is very alarming on several fronts number 1 tool station store management do not know there own policies and procedures number 2 have tried several times to speak to someone at tool station but all i get is music playing in my ear, I have ended up doing 96 miles spending 4 hours on a job that should have taken 30 minuets and had to buy another shower to replace won that is only bought 2 months ago, I have been using tool station for about 7 years now since i went self employed but I dont think I will be going back, your customer service sucks.
Excellent very neat and working brilliantly very happy with the switch turn on much better than our other older one with push button.

Bought this shower to replace a faulty one from a competitor and the service from the depot I went to was second to none, straightforward and easy transaction and the shower itself is brilliant with plenty of power and adjustments so you can have a great shower that meets your requirements I'd certainly recommend this one and would definitely use toolstation again as the service was far superior to it's so called competitors

A good budget shower works really well & water is hot with a good flow of water.
Bought this for a customer to replace their faulty electric shower - customer very happy with it and says it is very easy to use. Shower was easy to fit and the movable inlet valve so you can chose which side is best was a bonus.
Fantastic shower - Triton T5 9.5kw works very well and easy to install too ! I fitted it myself, a mere DIYer, just by reading the print on the outside of the box (there were no instruction papers inside?) I did take my time over it but it works perfectly, I guess for a plumber it would probably take an hour. Well worth the price tag.
Good water flow but doesn't get very hot

Easily fitted and works exactly as expected. Water warms up quicker than my old one so I guess that's saving some water too
