Had a Triton power shower, several years old, it had failed, straight swap, same pipe centres, this new one has a different motor very quiet running, simple job, good product happy with it.
Really quite shower works well nice sleek design .
Great bit of kit giving you the option to put the water supply via top or bottom for the inlets rotate
Does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Very quiet, compared to the old one you keep thinking “Is this on?”
Easy to install even for a DIY. In fact the biggest problem was getting the old one off the pipes due to lime scale. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a power shower due to low hot water pressure.
got to replace triton power shower, had to drill a couple of new mounting holes, but pipes and electrics were in then right place, so a straight fit
Very quiet and a easy change over
Poor flow with no response when flow dial is turned. Can only converse with Triton via their chat facility and still awaiting device engineer attending
Ordered this shower as a replacement for the previous model that had sadly corroded internally after time. The product came and was fitted straight away but then quickly realised the pump wasn't working. Phoned Triton direct and was told an engineer would be at least a week which was unacceptable, so i emailed toolstation's customer support to ask if it could be refunded, i have had no response!
Had an issue with build quality but Triton sorted it out quite quickly by sending an operative.

I bought one of these about 3 months ago for the bathroom. So impressed by how silent it was decided to change over my old mixer type shower in the en-suite which has started to fail and replace with another one of these power showers.
This pump shower is so much quieter than it's predecessor and, push fittings aside is easy to install and commission. In use the shower is gentler than the older model and with a 5 setting handset finding the perfect shower a joy. The riser rail is not that robust.
