The Trend KWJ700Pro 700mm Professional Multi-Material Worktop Jig A universal worktop jig for routing mitre joints in laminated, timber and compact laminate surfaces. Featuring 3mm, 10mm and 35mm inset options, the jig also includes front edge alignment technology for scribed, out-of-square and non-standard worktops. Front Edge Alignment Technology accurately positions the jig directly to the start of the mitre joint to accommodate any worktop width while the Narrow Inset T-Gauges create 3mm and 10mm insets quickly and easily. Perfect for square-edged and modern bullnose worktops narrow insets give a cleaner aesthetic, prevent cutter wear, and improve cordless router runtime. The Male Cut-Line Positioning Devices account for the 8.65mm cutter-to-guide bush offset and position the jig directly to the male cut line, giving highly accurate results for trapped and out-of-square installations. The jig includes Preset Connector Bolt Recesses which can accommodate all standard worktop bolt sizes, including Zipbolt and Unika Slimline connection bolts. It also includes Indexed Backsets for 600, 610, 616, 620, 635, and 700mm worktops for standard 90 installations. Made from CNC-Machine Compact Grade HPL that ensures durability as well as strength, the jig includes a 400mm Radius for breakfast bar and peninsula trimming along with 35mm Hinge BSP Recess for surface-mount monobloc tap and concealed hinge installation. In-built 8mm Radius Gauge ensures the worktop to be cut is suitable for a 10mm inset. In-built 8.65mm Marking Gauge helps to perfectly position the jig for peninsula, radius and 45 corner finishing.
