Trend HJIGC 2 Piece Skeleton Hinge Jig

Good bit of kit, worth getting some 3 way clamps 👍

Much easier to set up than the original version
Hinge steps have three set increments and you don’t need an Alan key or a space bar to adjust for the hinge length these can be adjusted with built-in locks

Great jig easy to assemble have you about 20 times in the last four weeks the lockable rollers are good however you need to make sure there pretty tight regarding cutting make sure you used the 16mm guide with a 12mm bit we didn’t have the router at first and only had a palm router with a 15mm bit still worked but we kept catching the sides of the jig we had to set the hinges not how the instructions said so we got what we needed without the guide we now have a router and the correct size bit so future use will be much easier nice carry back all accessories are good to would highly recommend this as saves so much time and effort even if you just have one door now and again still worth the money to me
