This inner plate frame accessory is for use with the Drainer Groove Pro jig to create grooves for hot rod in solid timber and solid surface worktops.

FEATURES

\n- Made from 12mm hard wearing CNC machined phenolic
\n- Accepts hot rods of size 100mm, 200mm, 300mm and 400mm
\n- Requires suitable plunge router with 30mm guide bush
\n- Use Ref. C054AX1/2TC, R6.35mm cove (12.7mm diameter) for standard 12.7mm rods, or Ref. C053CX1/2TC, R6mm cove (12mm diameter) for 12mm rods
\n- Use other cove cutters for other rod diameters
\n- It is desirable to recess the rods into the worktop by approximately one third to one half of the rod diameter
\n- Hot rods not included
\n- Must be used with the DG/PRO jig frame
\n- X and Y-axis ski and carriage allows forward and back, and side to side movement
\n- Provides a 0.5 degree fall
\n- Router carriage has hole to accept 30mm guide bush
\n- Carriage can be locked to allow parallel groove routing for standard drainer grooves
\n- Router carriage can also be used for surfacing applications
\n- Outer frame has index holes at 25mm centres to restrict length of slots and includes two index pins
