Size was good? But quality reflects the low price. Works fine and we will see how long it lasts.
I bought the above to replace an identical one I had for several years that had become difficult to use. I had no problem as I started to fit it. I then found there was not enough screws in the package. The package was opened in store so I could check base plate size but did not count screws. When the key mechanism was inserted through the door it would not turn the lock. I took it all back to my local store and the supervisor recognised it had been re-sold as a faulty product. He also recognised who had taken the faulty lock back in the first place - apparently not the first time he had done such. All in all with two trips to the store and trying to fit a faulty product I wasted many hours.
I must add that on all other occasions I have had very good service at my local store.

Easy to install, mark the position of the lock, drill 28m hole through, attach the cylinder with backing plate provided trim the end of the spindle to the required length and then attache the latch on the other side with catch.
I had an identical ‘small’ Yale lock on an outside garden gate which had lasted for 20 years before seizing up. It was a very straightforward job to replace - just make sure that the actuating brass bar protrudes 1/2 inch or 12.5mm from the lock side of the door before cutting it.

looked ok but mechanism felt cheap and very notchy when operating had to open lock and give whole of inside a spray of lithium grease to make it seem a bit free
OK for the money but overall a bit rough. Good value if using on say an outbuilding but would pay a bit more for a branded lock if using on your house.

No the greatest of products but maybe a one off , was very scratchy when operating it one way , had to take it apart and make my own adjustments , just waiting for the call to say it’s failed and go and get a better one

This lock was not good quality and did not work properly. It was returned to Toolstation and exchanged for a more reliable manufacturer. Happy with the returns process and replacement lock.
bought this to replace my front door latch which had broken dimensions on website so i knew it was the right size needed a few minor adjustments in the door to fit as it wasn't like for like and i was able to utilise the old cylinder so avoiding having to buy extra keys
Was worried if my be a poor quality lock due to the price. But actually really good and really easy to fit. Would buy again if needed.
