Very good for your knees. Work well if left on floor or for shuffling around but feel loose when standing as quite heavy for the straps. Might be better on fatter legs.
Absolutely love these, so comfortable and as they say, very stable, not much more to say. They are a bit overpriced, but if you have any knee issues, then you should buy them.

I have been unable to spend time kneeling for some years, these pads enable to work on the floor again.
Comfortable to wear hold you firmly in place and impervious to nails/screws lying around but not the best if you have to move around a lot. The velcro fastening makes it difficult to get a really tight fit that will hold them in place all the time. Having said that, I haven't had any that were better, so maybe my expectations are too high.

These are a lot more comfortable than the Nailers gel knee pads. The Velcro works really well and keeps the pads in place without cutting off the blood flow. And once you get used to the fact that you can’t roll your knees from side to side, the stability allows you to get some good traction when doing things up tight. And the final win was being able to work all day in them and not ending up with painful knees, shins and thighs.
