After fitting the valve dripped constantly for days. I fitted a different make to solve the problem and returned the leaky valve to Toolstation.

Bought this to replace float arm of existing valve which was worn and causing slow leak through overflow. Arm fitted perfectly and stopped leak. Not possible to replace complete valve because of cistern inaccessibility. Could have purchased arm on line but ridiculous delivery charge
