Took longer getting the stupid unnecessary stickers off the toilet and cistern than it took to fit it!! ........had to use a sharp blade that took off 0.5mm wide shavings and still leaving the glue behind, really peed off!!!

Toilet is good value but the instructions do not match the toilet pan. It was really awkward to fit, especially with no matching instructions, we just had to try to guess. Once fitted it's been fine though.
Good quality toilet, great value, complete with dual flush system.
Wont flush away bigger poo's. Need to change it soon.
The family where I installed this toilet pan complains that it gets blocked very often, I noticed that the hole in the siphon is small and the toilet paper accumulates in the siphon itself very easily!!!
To keep them happy I have already went and unblocked said toilet four time free of charge.
At the moment of the first episode the water overflowed the pan and caused a leak to flat below!

Good product for the price. All fittings included (seat, valve, and flush mechanism). Plastic seat is not a soft close one.
Good little toilet for the money, although first cistern developed a crack soon after installing
Easy to install , had it done in 30 minutes - I coated the rubber bungs with a high grade silicone for extra sealing (not that it needs it)

OK budget toilet but the flush is very weak. Easy to assemble & use but a double flush is needed. The wife hates it & it's not very enviromentally friendly!

Seat is a bit flimsy but rest is good quality. Unfortunately when protective tape removed I found front of bowl had been scratched but Toolstation were brilliant and swapped it. Interestingly the new one was significantly different in many ways (only 24hours apart!). In particular the bowl outlet was 6mm or so higher which was very beneficial in a very tight situation.. The only one thing that I find frustrating about Toolstation generally is that it is very difficult to find out details of their products, eg there is no way to find out that 2 package toilets have different bowl outlet heights and what those may be.
Impressed by the quality and look of the loo- functions as it should, flush is fairly quiet. Price was impressive too- a lot cheaper than I’d seen elsewhere. Plumber told me I’d made a good choice!
I needed a replacement c/coupled cistern as one of my tenants had cracked the existing one. It was more economical to buy this complete new toilet. I was able to replace just the cistern as they were very alike ( another reason for purchase ) and compatible. I was very impressed with the quality of the toilet considering its reasonably cost. I also have a spare toilet pan in case they break that too. Thanks Tool station !
Bought this to replace a customers damaged toilet, everything needed was in the box. Really easy to put together and fitted in no time at all, really good value for money.
For the money a nice basic toilet that was easy to install.
