Had been intending to get one of these for ages for that odd time it was needed here or there. Pleased with this item - seems to do what it is intended for nicely and offers a little assurance when doing basic electrical jobs around the home.

I have wanted one of these impressive testers after watching my Electrician friend use one at my home whilst doing some rewire work. Not used it yet but feel happy and safer now I have this little handy tool to hand, ordering and the collection from Toolstation was a doodle, never had a problem, great to deal with👍😃
Really happy with this voltage pen. I use it every day at work for the last month and never failed me. My only gripe is the locking mechanism for the batteries encasement which is a bit flimsy and not so secure. I fixed it but a lot of people won't go to that extent.
Seems well designed but leaflet and markings on the Detector not very clear

Comes with battery, does the job perfectly. Bought it because it can detect lower voltage too.
A well made & simple To Use tester that should last, I wallet to keep in would be useful but probably would have lost it by now. So pleased

Easy to use and worked fine. Good way to confirm that wires were live initially and then not live when switch was turned off.
