Sturdy bathroom lock but very stiff to use will be used only as a temporary measure until I change the door.
I needed a simple latching device for an small trap door and this was ideal. A little bit not hie in operation, but does the job.

This lock is a simple to fit basic security lock being used at our business to stop people from simply walking into our picking and packing area which is the first entry point for the occasional customers we receive.
It was chosen because the route is also one of our evacuation points and whilst it only just complies with the fire regulations it has been accepted by our fire safety officer in preference to using the normal lock and key.
Fitting took around 10 minutes in total manily due to the fact we had to cut out a small portion of the frame to accept the static part the bolt ges into.

The finish on this lock is poor. The edges have not been smoothed properly and the mechanism is somewhat stiff. Not expensive, but for that little bit more could be a lot better!
Modest price, in stock and ready quickly to collect. Easy to fit and does the job of securing a door and allowing easy access.
