When extended and for those the very tight nuts, the tool will simply break in half. There is no way to tighten the wrench.
It does not positively lock in place when extended
The wheel nuts on my van was stiffer than stiff. I tried a spider with pipe wrench but no luck, so purchased the telescopic wrench. This tool worked for me.

Does exactly what it should no problems easy to use
Have had this a few months and it gets 3 stars as it has changed a few tyres in that time as an emergency tool. However, I got a flat Jan 25 and the tool sheered off. Seems to be quite soft metal in reality. Fine as a back-up but be wary could fail at the worst moment.
