This is a nice tidy small telephone socket easy to install
The socket was broken internally and needed to be repaired, I could have returned it but there we no others in stock and it was needed for repair.
Good quality, easy to fit, ideally with a pish down tool but you can use a small screwdriver to insert the wires
Good Quantity Good Price . Tip Use a good quality Krone tool makes life a lot easier and take a photo of the wiring before you start can't go wrong.
Only a few minutes to install the new.

Not the best quality of manufacture, but if economy is the priority then this is spot on.
Bought for a neighbour as It required no special tools to install and no assistance from me. In reality dry joints on the contacts turned a simple installation into a nightmare.

Excellent product with screw terminals for good conductivity
Purchased this today, installed it plugged in phone nothing. Spent next half hour checking wiring. Continuity tested socket and no connection between the cable connector no.5 and socket. On dismantling, very poor soldering. I have put this socket in the appropriate place - the bin.
I brought three of these recently and whilst easy to fit through screw connectors, one of the face plates were faulty or the screw connection did not connect properly.
I expected this product to have the same type of terminal connection as a BT slave socket, i.e. non screw type. Just made the job longer to complete. Not happy.
