It was easy enough to set up. I like the fact that it is insulated. It closes and opens easily.
I would recommend this one.
I bought these because of the T B Davies name. They have a good name in steps and platform equipment.
These were slightly disappointing in that the quality was not quite up to what i expected.
The installation was quite straightforward, but i had another pair of hands and the background of many years working in the construction industry. The finished article is very good and easy to use with the ability to carry 150 Kg which is handy for carrying heavy objects.
Fitted lots of loft ladders and this is the worst one. Cheap quality, not pre assembled, useless instructions. Would not buy another one
Poor product, flimsy frame with better available elsewhere at lower cost.
Great Ladder easy and quick to fit. Really fast delivery.
Very solid and user friendly product. Only issue was the ladder was not positioned centrally to the dropdown door so it had to be moved to central position so that the spring mechanism did not catch on the side when opening.

Reasonably priced, the ladder is sturdy but a few irritating issues (the hatch clip was pre-installed slightly too high, meaning the loft hatch didn’t hold meaning I had to reposition, which was difficult to do based on the fact the bolt was concealed on the outside of the frame and now concealed by the surrounding timber opening, also certain components had been pre-installed incorrectly and took me a while to figure this out, losing me time and subsequently having to rectify - ultimately you shouldn’t have to question a pre-assembled piece of equipment being set out wrong!)
Good ladder and hatch combination with "flat" steps. Would be improved by a safety rail to assist with balance.
I had a hatch with no ladder before and it was unsafe and annoying. This ladder is a big upgrade and feels very sturdy. Don’t know how I survived without this for so long!
Great piece of kit, well engineered. Just make sure you read the instructions as there is a fair amount of assembly before it can be installed
Wanted to change the loft hatch as the old one was drafty, saw this came with a nice ladder and was longer, had it fitted and my wife says it's much better,easier to access to he loft and no more drafts!!
Good loft hatch and ladder. Frame is a little flimsy, but with plenty of packers and fixings it's ok. Much better than a stand alone ladder. Also has inbuilt insulation, which is a bonus.

Exactly as described, practical and solid, and good value for money. I'm a competent DIY-er and was able to install as a one-person job though probably would have been quicker with 2 people. Finished off with some architrave.
Loft ladder was perfect and so easy to install made life so much easier

Seems a good ladder for the price,nice and sturdy,don’t be fooled by the 1 man fitting instructions on the video, definitely easier to fit with 2 people

I never leave a review but this is the worst loft ladder i have brought: The pre assembled parts on the hatch/ladder were the wrong way round I had to take it apart and put everything in the correct position, I made sure the frame to the hatch was perfectly square and the hatch was still hard to close and open, the springs make a bang when you open the hatch all the way.
