Sometimes you get a product that's almost 'spot-on' but let down by an irritation, well this is one of them! Fortunately for me I have fitted many variations of loft ladder, however to the novice the instructions are awful. Just sayin'..

Decent quality. Door is melamine coated. Wood surround is wood which needs to be painted. My one arrived with a clip missing but this was sent direct from supplier when I phoned
Great quality lift access ladder. Simple to fit. Assistance is needed only to remove temporary ceiling frame supports. Fitted in 2.5 hours. Easy to use pull handle to open the door, perfectly balanced counter spring arrangement. Strong steady ladder and handle. All in all a perfect piece of kit
Does what is advertised, and is excellent value for the price. Can fitted by
one man in about a hour. The instructions are a bit out, if followed you end up stuck on the loft.
Great product at a bargain price. Easy to install but don’t follow the video too closely as you’ll end up trapped in the loft!
