Terrible didn’t even work

Easy to fit had it plumbed in system bled and working within the hour. Runs nice and quiet.
Installation was easy, however, one flexible pipe was too short to reach my existing 15mm pipe. Eddie at Technical Support was very good at solving my queries.
This is my second Stuart Turner shower pump, the old one lasted for many years without any problems & so when it eventually failed, I had no hesitation in buying another to replace it, I hope I will again see many years of problem free service with this one. I would recommend this product.
I have always used Stuart Tuener pumps even though they are a little bit expensive than others but the quality and service is worth paying that extra
It sounds ridiculous but I have just fitted a fourth one of these pumps in less than four years, they last on average 15 months. I just replace them as it’s easy to do without any pipe work and I keep thinking the pump may last a reasonable time.
If you need a new pump buy one with a longer guarantee or just anyone but this.
Purchased this to replace the exact same one which packed up after 2.5 years, guarantee was only a year so customer not impressed, easy to install though
Runs fine for a while... Then the impeller brakes down after a year and sizes up... 3 in 2 years... Buy another... Nope.
Good pump for a year but has soon as the warranty is over the pump brakes funny that its now happened three times before too me but i still buy lol

This was a like for like connections in place of an old Triton pump so was fitted with little fuss. Very pleased with its performance. All in all a first rate purchase.

Went on line and checked availability, part in stock and selected for collection, went to shop and collected, good easy to deal with and staff helpful and friendly.
Pump failed and became very noisy after just 8 months. A previous different pump had given years of service in exactly the same position and installation. Protracted and time consuming process to get it exchanged involving a BBC consumer programme.
All my other dealings with toolstation have been excellent and staff are lovely. Simply the exchange process for this item involves the customer having to contact the manufacturers through dead phone numbers, dead links and no one answering the only number that actually rang for 20+ minutes.
The customer's contract is with the supplier, NOT the manufacturer. Staff did their best but the "computer says no" attitude of the service arrangement fot t his particular item are downright wrong.
Not as powerful as the old one I had to replace, same spec but not quite as powerful, that said it’s a good value pump
Great product. Easy to fit even in difficult pipe runs. I fitted this one in less than half hour, under floor and behind stud wall.
