We bought this charger as the previous one (a different make) had failed after six months with water ingress despite being sold as waterproof. This one is working fine. The info screen is much better. The experience with Toolstation was OK. I went into store first but the assistant wasn't very helpful so I went online to order. Order process went fine but I felt a bit disconnected as the product was via a third party so no order tracking. We had emails and texts reporting progress but they were very generic and looked like possible scams so we didn't open any links. The product arrived 45 mins after the expected window.
