I'm sure the lock is fine but it was no good for our motorhome. It was too tight against the centre of the steering wheel which meant it pressed against the horn

Fits perfectly and does not appear to damage the steering wheel which was a main consideration for the new vehicle. Not particularly heavy, which is good. Appears to be quite a robust lock.

The double bar steering lock is a solidly constructed item that is simple to fit and would take some difficulty to remove without the key. It fits nicely horizontally across the spokes of my Mazda MX5 MK4 and whilst being very close to the airbag/horn, would cause a thief some problems attempting to remove it without sounding the horn or attracting attention with the use of any tools.

Simple to use and to store behind my seat. Yes, I know nothing will stop a determined thief, but it is highly visible so is a deterrent because it will slow them down.

Perfect fit for my bmw iX2 electric car. Appears to be of very strong metal plastic coated material. Visible from far to keep away the intruders . Reasonable priced. Comes with 2 good quality lock keys. Highly recommend this.
I tried a couple of other steering wheel locks and they would not fit my Nissan Juke
as they would not fit over the steering wheel and kept sounding the horn.

Excellent addition to a car's security. It's really well made and very robust and secure. It comes with 3 keys included and fits easily onto the steering wheel. It's great to have something mechanical as I think that electronic devices can be cloned and bypassed to easily
Returning a faulty item which could have been disastrous if unable to unlock on steering wheel. At first I was told no refund was available as I was outside of return period. Although I had my receipt and purchased end of August. I was then told I had to take up the problem with the manufacture. After discussion I did receive a refund.

Good deterrent, needed it last minute. Woke up to find car window smashed outside hotel when staying in London. Hard to get a tight locking position on our particular steering wheel. Probably works better on thinner ones but it did the trick.
Not impressed by this contraption. It’s awkward to pull apart and push together, as you seem to have to keep the key fully turned at the same time as you adjust the setting. Managed to fit, and lock the device to my steering wheel, but trying to get it off was very demanding. Again, it was temperamental and stubborn, with the key needing to be in an exact position before you could push it together to remove it. On the plus side, I suppose you could say that if it’s a nightmare to remove WITH the key, what hope has any potential thief got without one? Needless to say, I returned it for a refund.
