STIHL RMA 448 VC 41cm Lawn Mower - Body

The Stihl RMA 448.2 VC Cordless Lawn Mower Body is a battery powered mower for larger sized gardens (approx. 400m²).

The variable speed drive is perfect for working with steep and flat lawns.  Powered by Stihl AP System batteries, the motor provides a smooth operation with an ‘eco-mode’ for improved efficiency and cutting time.

The variable speed drive, which is adjustable via a lever on the handle bar, offers you a speed range of 2.0 – 3.0 / 3.7 / 4.5 km/h.

It includes 6 adjustable height settings and has a cutting width of 41cm.  The mower includes two carrying handles for easy transport as well as foldable control handle bar making it easy for storage as well.  The control handle is easily adjusted to suit user height and doesn’t interfere with gaining access to the catcher box.

The grass catching box is made from plastic and incorporates a folding mechanism which makes it easy to empty.  The vanes in the box increases the air flow and pushes clippings towards the ground ensuring that nothing blows in to your face.  When the airflow is stopped, the box is full.

The blade within the mower allows for minimal resistance while ensuring optimal air flow.  This reduces the need of excessive power drain.  The central cutting height adjustment is spring-loaded for easy operation.

The large, easy to move wheels are robust and hard wearing.  They have been equipped with a traction pattern and directional stability tread pattern for effortless manoeuvring and perfect line holding during mowing.

The self-propelled motor allows for easy moving around the lawn and reduces fatigue.  This makes it particularly easy when dealing with slopes and inclines.
