Firstly Toolstation have been magnificent, extremely helpful as always... I am now on my second of these, both collected from store. The first was badly distorted at one top outlet and was returned. The second on closer examination looks better but one of the mounting brackets is pushed in - I hope to correct this... Stelrad's idea of protection is to put hard plastic skeleton corner covers, a bit of cardboard on each edge & that's it.. Hard plastic simply transfers any impact to the metal. These also simply shatter on hard contact, no absorption - stupid..!
I won't be buying this brand again...A shame as they are nice quality well designed radiators..

Toolstation customer service very good and helpful ,but very poor delivery condition of radiators , Toolstation did send a replacement using a different courier , but to be honest not much better. Gave up and purchased elsewhere.

Bought as a replacement for existing radiator had developed a leak. This is a good quality standard radiator. Had to install on my own but would definitely recommend lifting with two people. Quite heavy and awkward to lift on my own. Connection was as expected with no issues. Thank you TS.
