Make sure you pull this tape out and have a look before you buy (it was security tagged which didn't help). The numbers on this tape measure are tiny and therefore very hard to read. Not recommended.
Good meter tape, does all you expect from it. Graduation on the top only.

These are ok for most building applications but are cheap and feel it. If like me you spend large portions of your working day looking for tape measures and pencils then get half a dozen of these. This will be the same cost as one quality class 1 tape. Class 1 tapes are in a different league. More accurate and robust but must be chained to the hip as always the first to go missing
Went in for a tape measure and was greeted by friendly Bob.
Took the tape home used it once to measure a 1.200 mm length and the tape didnt retract properly took it back and had it replaced by tool station
Nice size in the hand (i looked at the Milwaukee equivalent but that has a larger case and doesnt feel as comfortable for hand or pocket). The tape is very smooth in pull out and retraction and the markings are clear.
Lighter in weight than I expected. runs smoothly though so no problems.
I bought it to keep in the shed. Tired of running to and from the house whenever I wanted a tape measure, so I wasn't looking for anything supe-dooper, Good, reliable tool.
I've had these tapes before and for the price they are great, not indestructible but good for a one off big job or lying around for smaller projects.
Hope the tape isnas well made as the packaging... took me 10 mins to get the the thing ;)
Seams much smoother than the standard ones. Recommended for sure.

Bought as replacement for my well worn Stanley tape which is reaching end of its long life, used other cheaper tapes but always go back to Stanley for reliability

Have seen lots of tape measures get bad reviews, such as sticky, tacky covers, horrible chemical smells, falling to bits after a week. Bought this in the shop where I could see it first, and its doing great so far. Will it last 30 years? who knows, but its seems strong. The silver bit at the end of the tape could move by maybe half a millimetre, so superglued it in place. Will at least be consistent even if its not 100% accurate.
