This was a panic purchase as a result of storm Darragh. Rechargeables are great but if you do not have electricity, their usefulness is limited. This torch takes disposable batteries and was just what I needed. I initially I wanted something more powerful but it was only available on next day delivery - not what I wanted in the circumstances. In practice the torch I purchased provided just what was needed.

Lovely little pocket torch. Just right for keeping in your person for those times you need it. Good light and comes with batteries.
Well made and easy to use with a large on/off button. Good illumination has two light levels. Only downside is a lanyard can't be fitted.
