Found this hose great, doesn't kink unless you haven't the patience to keep it straight, doesn't leak unless you fit it wrong so I don't know what others do to get a problem unless its an odd rogue one. So, all ok.

Sadly not as described. Both connectors are faulty and won’t lock onto the tap or appliance. Really low grade manufacturing here. I’ve bought some proper ones elsewhere now.
The hose does kink a lot and really isn’t worth the extra money. Look elsewhere for a good hose system.
Rubbish! Hose kept kinking and twisting then shot off the outside tap, thought it would be much better Took back for a refund.
Very soft and flexible and hasn't kinked so far. Nicely terminated each end to readily accept standard fittings without leakage. Only time will tell how it lasts.
Nice flexible hose, doesn’t kink pulling it around the garden. Not cheap, but definitely good value so far. Recommended.
Didn’t fit on tap kept coming off. Took back and reordered right away no hassle
excellent hose, can’t recommend enough - it’s very difficult to kink, very well made, quick connectors are of the water stop type abs after a month we’ve had no issues with it.
