Great bit of kit. Battery doesn't last too long but is reasonable.
Had this now for over a month, and used 4 or 5 times. Great and easy to use, really pleased with my purchase and would recommend this. Battery lasts a fair while (by the time it runs out I've done enough anyway) but does take a couple hours to recharge.

ok its not as power full as motor strimmer but very light, battery lasts a prity good time,i worked it harder than shoud have would recomend down side holding triger tacks a lot off efert could do with strap to hold if using a ling time ?

Good buy. Having struggled with Bosch and Flymo models that didnt feed the cord well previously. I decided to spend a bit more and get this Stanley machine. Seems well built and a hassle free strim of the edges around my largish garden has justified the decision. After 15 mins of use the battery still had 2 out of its 3 indicator lights working.
Used to mainly clear weeds and long grass from an allotment and did it with no issues.
Fatmax are my go to tools imo better than the other yellow make
