Forced into this purchase by Toolstation due to a one off 35% increase on the chrome version that I used to buy regularly. But these do exactly the same job so will stick with these and when they jump in price go to another supplier.
Look smart and work well. Simple to install. Use countersunk screws and the cover caps go on without any issue. Surprised a chrome product is supplied loose in a bag, but no damage spotted so far.
The covers for these sockets do not work. They have been designed so that if the socket is screwed onto the wall or side of a cupboard the cover will not clip on. In order to make them work I had to come up with a packer that allows a 2mm gap around the back of the socket to allow the cover to clip into position. Very annoying. Back to the drawing board for these.
Not a great design. The cover cap that is supposed to cover the screw heads does not work well. You can use without the cover piece, which is what I ended up doing.

Good price and nice item. When screwing to wood can be difficult to fit the front plate. Using outside, so hopefully will be rust resistant as per the product description.
This is the only one I found locally with the cover plate and the price is also good however they are being delivered in one bag, so they are all scratched and the cover plate doesn't fit well and coming off.
