This lock is a bit on the flimsy side and a bit awkward to use in the dark, due to the way the key enters the lock. I took it back a bought a Gatemate.
Absolutely rubbish, pressed steel with small screws. Plastic covers make it look chunky.
It would take a burglar longer to use the key than break this off.
The one I received had previously been opened and sellotaped shut, someone else thought the same. I took it back.
Fitted to a new gate I had just hung,looks far better than the bolts.Very easily fitted,supplied with two keys.

this looked beefier in the pictures i believe.its a bit tin pot,wouldnt take much to remove it.tiny little keys aswell.personally,i think a clasp and decent padlock would be much better.

This lock looks OK however you can't lock and unlock it from both sides of the gate... The catalog description does not make this clear.
Easy fit secure lock, comes with fixings, don't put the cover on until fitted like I did as it's very difficult to remove, I use it alone to secure my workshop during the day when I'm at home and along with 2 other locks overnight. Very easy to use and convenient. Great finish.
Initially thought this was wonderful. Only used a few times and it’s jammed, with the bolt locked open. Thankfully I can still get into my shed.
It is expensive but its a bit of a cheap product

Bought this today it solid piece of kit you get everything you need to screw it to the door it that’s good they give you 10 years guarantee Not much around give you that for under £20 I going to buy another
