Very easy to use. Seals nicely against PVC and Brick. I would use this product again.
As good as products twice the price does everything I need.
Takes a long time to set in cold conditions, 10°C.
Used in various situations - cheap and cheerful - ok
Used it on some window frames, on the exterior I’m still waiting for it to cure I appreciate it’s winter and cold and damp but it shouldn’t take days to cure , maybe the clue is in the name everflex 🤣
Hate using silicone but this one is the best of both. Used in cracks outside, bathrooms, showers then painted over and no crazing in paint. Used it for three years and still as good as when I put it there.
Reasonable price and easy to use sealant worked fine
Not the best sealant I have used but does the job. Easy enough to use neatly.
Reliable, Flexible, and Easy to Apply
I’ve used the Everbuild Everflex Premium+ 195 Siliconised Acrylic Sealant on several interior and exterior jobs, and it consistently delivers professional results. The 300ml white tube is well-labeled and easy to handle, with clear instructions and compatibility notes right on the packaging.
What I Love:
- Smooth Application: It’s genuinely easier to apply than traditional silicone. The consistency allows for clean lines and minimal mess.
- Excellent Adhesion: Bonds well to a wide range of surfaces—PVCu, timber, concrete, brick, and more. No primer needed in most cases.
- Flexible Finish: With a flexibility factor of ±12.5%, it handles minor movement without cracking, making it ideal for joints and gaps.
- Paintable Surface: Once cured, it accepts paint beautifully, which is a huge plus for finishing work.
Things to Note:
- Drying Time: It’s not as fast-curing as pure silicone, so plan accordingly for paint or exposure.
- Not for Constant Wet Areas: While it’s water-resistant, it’s better suited for areas with occasional moisture rather than full immersion.
Whether you're sealing skirting boards, window frames, or filling gaps around fixtures, this sealant offers a great balance of flexibility, adhesion, and ease of use. A solid choice for both DIYers and pros.
Nice cheap product perfect for sealing gaps that are under.
No complaints from me. Does what it says and works well for me. It does have a more Caulk feeling application to it as opposed to silicone!
Used to seal round windows, after two weeks of drying time rain washed most of it out and made a complete mess of the brickwork. Rang Sika technical to be told it takes a while to set and should be covered up until dry. Needs the description to be more clear on the tube!
Been in for a few months and covered in mould. Claims it's mould resistant. Wish I'd used silicone. Probably ok where not in humid areas and was easy to apply but now got to remove loads of the stuff from the conservatory.
Fit for purpose and would definitely purchase again.
The caulke is brilliant white and easy to apply with the mastic gun. Easy to work with and makes sure a massive difference to the finished job. It makes it look neat.
Did what was needed of it. Sealed around skirtings and edges of walls / ceilings in garage. Dried over night the painted. No shrinkage yet - been a month so far. Pleased with it.
Only just installed so not sure on quality yet. It seems to flow and skin over well. I used it for internal beads against window frame and it looks acceptable. I am sure it is going to be long lasting.
Not silicone as searched for it needs to be in caulk description
Did what it said on the label. Decent price, No complaints
For the price its good allrounder. But it doesnt seal as well as the the good stuff, CT1. The work has to be clean, dry and completely free of anything or it wont do a decent water seal. Where as the CT1 sealed it 100% without the need for it to be clean. But it a fraction of the price.
