This a must for the cold snaps which protects the morter from freezing and cracking when laying brickwork. It also keeps it from drying out too quickly. Probably too much fir sma jibs but, can be used later on another.

This stuff is good, because it makes the mortar more "squidgy", so it's possible to push the bricks down to the right level more easily. The dilution ration is on the bottle. It doesn't need much. As a DIYer, I'm goint to have a lot left over, but it's not expensive.
SBR is a material that makes screed very difficult to work with. Historically builders used a dash of washing up liquid. Being a professional DIYER, I bought this to ensure that the SBR screed could be laid easily without any friction on the flooring trowel. My builder was very happy with the slippage and work ability. 5L is massive and overkill for my needs. I used 2 cap fulls with 2.5L water and 2.5L SBR. I only needed 16 caps fulls in the end to lay my screed.
