This is genuine self amalgamating tape unlike some which are only rubber tape.
Easy to use and works great used to temporary fix a cistern pipe prior to full replacement in the new year.
I have used this as an emergency repair for water leaks so I can obtain replacement parts to make permanent.

Very good extremely sticky does the job I wanted. Broken motorbike cables needed re welding and redoing. Used the tape. Job done.
I bought this to waterproof connections in an aerial installation and it seems to be decent quality. Plenty of stretch, soft enough that it sticks to itself with ease and breaks easily and cleanly when tearing off the required amount.
The backing tape comes off as it should without tearing.
I'll definitely buy it again.

Wasn’t sure to begin with after opening, but after following the instructions it worked brilliantly, I used it to strengthen a repaired joint in some cast iron….highly recommend!
