This is the first safetysure socket I’ve bought, so I can only comment on it out of the box/just hooked up. Looks the part, nice smooth button action, and the rcd trips when tested. Bought to replace a socket where the on off switch failed after only a few years (not in a safe way/could have started a fire)

Replaced a 30-year old one which finally broke. Does the job. The only minor problem was that the live and neutral wires fix at the bottom, whereas the old one was at the top corners - the wires were a bit short, but did manage to get it sorted without having to turn the socket upside down.
A well made product and good value for the price.
