Does need 2 coats but very happy with this purchase. Previously used Ronseal decking oil but this is much easier to apply. Await to see how it lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Roxil enhanced decking oil definitely does what it states. Only with one coat it enhances colour, protects wood and nourishes it. The smell is not over powering and doesn't have a strong smell like some do. The oil protects from weather proof and controls mould.

I can’t comment on the durability over the winter months but it had lasted great so far and gave my decking a new lease of life.

Few year ago I used another brand of decking oil which didn’t last long. But this one looks like has a high-quality for restoring and protecting outdoor soft wood. Was very easy to apply 2 coats using a roller and doesn’t take long time to dry. I will happily recommend it for your new or old outdoor project.

Very easy to apply and it covers really well, with barely a scent to it you, the kids could carry on playing around me whilst i cracked on and got it done. With it taking a matter of minutes to be dry it didn’t matter that what was going on around me.
Would 100% recommend and use this product again to keep any bare wood areas from rotting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this stuff a go on my decking recently and honestly I’m impressed. It goes on really easily with no drama and no endless prep work and it dries faster than I expected. The smell’s not overpowering either which is always a win.
After two coats the wood looked richer and fresher like it had a new lease of life but still kept its natural colour. The “wet look” effect isn’t glossy just a nice subtle sheen that makes the grain pop. When it rained a few hours later the water just beaded up on the surface exactly what you want.
It has UV protection and a built-in treatment to keep mould and algae away so hopefully it will stay looking good for a while. Too early to say on the long-term durability but first impressions are very positive.
