Serrated edge really helps compared to the standard I used previously.
Very dubious, but an excelent addition to my home diy kit.
Pushed the boat out when I bought this, more expensive but well worth it.
Created nice clean holes, sharp edges cut through 1inch roots from near by trees.
And as the holes were procise, I ended up with spare Post mix...
Tool itself ideal but box had been retaped and bolts and washers and nuts missing
The best post hole diggers I have purchased for the company with the sharp edge save a lot of digging with the grafter the only thing is the measurement piece on the handle is stuck on not painted on

Expensive waste of time.
The sharpe-edge ends only move 8" to 3". The ends never touch so they can't lift earth or whatever. It just scrapes the surface.

Does what it says. An excellent tool for digging a narrow deep hole quickly without disturbing the surrounding soil. I used it for fence posts and also for planting deep rooted plants.
Did exactly what it is supposed to do on some dificult ground with stones and old roots.
These really do the job! Very strong with sharp teeth that really get the hole dug neatly so the post fits well without much movement.
Very sturdy product, been used multiple times and no sign of any issues. Does the job efficiently and quickly.
I've dug about 17 post holes using this tool and I'm very pleased with it. It feels like a solid piece of equipment which has made post hole digging much easier and will last me for years.
I’ve bought these as I had 20 post holes to dig. The ones on the garden in normal soil were a breeze to dig. Others where there’s an old path underneath were a bit more awkward and we’re the other are in the driveway weren’t any worse. You can dig as wide as the head goers for about 1 ½ feet. After that the hole needs to be a bit wider to accommodate the head. All in all well worth it. Less fatigue on the knees however you’ll feel it in the shoulders.
Been putting off buying one of these for years, had to did some deep holes to create concrete planters and this tool made a difficult job a lot easier. Glad I went for this model and not the more expensive heavier one as this was just the right weight to work with. Fantastic toolstation service as always.
Was delivered to the store bubble wrapped, when I got it home a handle was missing so returned immediately!
I thought the were a bit pricey to start with but, they had good reviews so I thought why not.
Now I’m not by any means saying they make the job of digging holes easy, but if you compare it to the conventional way then they definitely do. A fair amount of upper strength is required but as you are standing up, they save your back!! Which for me was the selling point. Awesome bit of kit, cut through roots with ease and enabled me to dig on average 15 holes, 50cm deep a day! Though i do have fairly decent soil! Well made and worth the money. Definitely recommended.

Picked up this morning and after securing handles with four M10 bolts got digging. Very good quality and value for money
Solid sturdy tool, managed two holes 75cm deep in about an hour.
