These clips have been bought to hold a tarpaulin. So far they do the job. Hope they stand up to the rainy weather, but too soon to know.

After using the Plastic type clamp for many years, i found that the material used in the manufacture of the clamps deteriorates when left outside in all weathers,( i use the clamps to hold down my garden table , seats etc) In the Stormy weather we had recently, the cover over my 3 seater Swing Seat , was blown over & landed half way up my garden. Please to say my new ROUGHNECK clamps were all still in place & not a mark on them.
