Awesome tile file doing toiles after cutting on my plasplugs cutter make edges nice and smooth allows you to curve corners too and file wiring slots too- Tool station always great service and prices Mike
Needed a tile file to shape kitchen tiles, has a rough and fine side, just the job
Absolute rubbish, feels cheap, the file bends easily, doesn't really file anything substantial from the tile, don't waste your money.
Brilliant file ,best ive ever bought, so good i will ordering another one.had to replace some times in bathroom after having new soil pipe. I only had remnants and not two whole tiles. Using this file it made the job easy. It is very abrasive and because it was flat both sides and wide i file tiles square easily.
Works for a limited time :- a lot of the abrasive chips fall off when first used don’t think it will last very long 😢
I tried this file on a porcelain tile, but it didn’t do anything. The only result was grit of the file landing on the floor. The good news was how good it is to clean the edges of a cut pvc pipe.
Does the job it’s meant to do on ceramic tiles, not tried it on porcelain yet
A quality item that did what it was supposed to do. And friendly, helpful staff. 10 out of 10 👍
There are few budget quality tools that actually do the job expected. The QEP file was more than up to the challenge and the results were very good!
Very sharp gets the job done quickly still sharp for the next job
Great tool. It does exactly what I need it to do. Handy having a corse and fine grade on one file rather than having 2 separate files taking up kit space.
Seems good quality for the price, slightly wider than my previous one
Worked really well for me and I thought it was a good price.
Very good size tile file - extra length gives longer stokes - very good having different grades on either side, having fine and course on one file. Highly recommended
I only used this file on a few ceramic tiles however it worked well. I would recommend only using the file on the downward stroke to avoid chipping of the ceramic edge.
Quality is questionable - only a coupe of attempts to final the edges of some porcelain tiles and the file is now smooth on one side. This may be ok for ceramic, but look at alternatives if you need it on harder tiles.
Ok. Slow progress, but neat and works ok. Need patience but worth the effort for a neat finish.
Effective tile file that does the job. Two grades of grit get you a smooth finish.
A must have for anyone tiling this tool can file tiles square or it can detail where a standard tile breaker cannot .
Purchased these as I had to cut several small mosaics, used this to file small cuts
