I purchased this due to the massive roll length. I thought 50 metres at 4 metres wide I would have loads and I thought the quality would be poor and rip and lots would be wasted. How wrong I was. It easily pulled out of the caron lid and the supplied cutter made cutting it a dream. A review mentioned which side was which. I found it worked perfectly holding up the sheet and being able to read the writing like a book. It was easy to seperate out and stuck to everything I offered it up to. A tip is to smooth the trapped air from the centre outwards and then it really sticks. I did use masking tape around the boarder as belt and braces but I don't thing this is needed.
A great product at a fantastic price. I will never use old sheets, paper or polythene sheets again.
It just works- stuck to the kitchen units and work tops with no issues - no tap required and very easy to remove when done.
Newer used better for quality and price. Highly recommended . You will never be disappointed.
This dust sheet clings using static electricity. It is the quickest to sheet a room for painting like a kitchen. It works well and saves time without using masking tape. The only reasons for not giving five stars are the instructions could be clearer, on first use you might have trouble fully unfolding the sheeting and knowing which side to face the object or walls being covered. I would recommend this product

Didn't cling very well. It was more like a normal plastic dust sheet.
100% buying again. Massive when unfolded. Also makes an excellent roller/brush covers to leave over night.

Bought this and the pre-taped Trimaco polythene dust sheet. Tue Trimaco was great and was full of static and clung to all surface plus it had the tape for added stickiness, this ProDec polythene sheet was useless, just like normal plastic sheeting with no cling. Coved several things with it and followed the instructions by flattening it onto the objects, walls, glass etc but after a few minutes any static cling disappeared. Would not use again.
Once you get the hang of works a treat, on some surfaces better than others but did the job for protecting bathroom tiles, shower, loo etc., while painting and little cutter very handy.
Works as just described - particularly like the fact that the static clings on to the fine dust when removing.

This was a gamechanger! We had all our windows replaced and we covered everything in these easy to cut dust sheets, even our beds! Also used it straight over lots of pictures on the walls, just used masking tape to stick it to the walls. Came down in minutes and Wahey! no cleaning up!
Certainly not a cling film. I would have taken it back if I hadn't opened it. The cling film from the supermarket is stronger and easier to unroll. Considering the price I would totally avoid this product.
I have been useing Prodec products for many years now they always are top Quality the easy to use poduct cuts so rasy and is a must have item not only does it cover huge areas but i also use prodec decoraters tape sticks down the sheet i only put a small piece of tape and it keels my jobs clean and the customer very happy for such a hreat price once used i fold up and it rolls up into a very small ball Fantastic i recommend as my Best piece of kit
