The outer jacket is very tight indeed. But the 5 Cores are easy to work with.
Round 4core easy to work with , good quality quite flexible . 7mm round clips needed to install.

It's 5-core cable and the electricity passes through it very nicely.
This seems to be a good quality cable at a reasonable price. The outer insulation is quite tough, so it's not easily damaged however that can also make it quite hard work to strip back when preparing the ends.
