On the jobs I have used it on, it’s not stuck to the carpet very well. I probably wouldn’t purchase this brand again.
its ok but doesn't stick too well to stairs , but for the price and half that of roll and stroll its worth having
Bought this carpet protection film to redecorate a flat which was carpeted throughout. A little tricky to put down and ideally helps to have a second person to ensure the film does not stick to itself rather than the carpet, but a real "game changer" to avoid any overpainting between the skirting and the floor and also avoids any drips whilst painting the ceilings.
Overall a really excellent product in terms of protecting the carpets and furniture items when decorating or doing dusty work in residential and or commercial accommodation.
Sticks well and a lot of it protects flooring well.
Perfect carpet protection! Do NOT use on wooded/varnished floors as it will take the coating off (from experience lol)
Bit tricky at first but when you get use to handling the roll it’s brilliant. Provides excellent protection if laid down correctly. Will use this product every time it’s needed. Peace of mind for protecting carpets when decorating and general building work.
Used it on tiled floor, easily applied, kept it clean and removed without issues

Unable to use because it was not compatible with carpet (wool) only suitable for synthetic carpet, return and obtain refund.
Just did not stick to the carpet, have used many different ones over the years, will not be buying this one again.

Just used a couple of these to protect our ccarpets whilst we had some new windows installed .
It was definitely a two person job to lay out the film and took a while however it was worth the effort as you could fold in all the dust and rubbish at the end of job which took 5 minutes with minimal cleaning up required
First time I’ve bought this type of product and after careful consideration chose the Toolstation film. Good value and quality. Would buy again.
Great protection film. Stays put. Protected out carpets while decorating. Easy to put down and remove.
The actual Carpet Protector I purchased is the worst I have ever purchased. It doesn't adhere to the carpet and I've had to use Masking Tape on the edges. I believe if I hadn't used Masking Tape on the edges then there would of been a serious possibility of a tripping hazard.

Easy to lay and provides excellent protection to carpet where tradesmen were walking.
Not bad for the price, sticks reasonably well but creeps on a deeper carpet. Really strong covering, will not rip easy so should last well
The reverse rolled (adhesive outside) makes it easy for covering a room or landing but the down side is it’s so much harder to lay on the stairs! It’s sticking to your hands, the knife when trying to cut it, etc. absolute pain it the backside on stairs.
For that reason and it not being as sticky as others I’ve used I give it 4*
