Featuring a 50mm diameter a 6mm shank and 180G grit size the wheel consists of densely packed non woven polyamide abrasive flaps integrated with aluminium oxide grain for extended tool life and clog resistance.Designed for flexibility the Polinox wheel's open structure allows for optimal contour adaptation cool grinding and low thermal load. Optimised for 6000 RPM it can safely reach a maximum speed of 12 000 RPM adhering to safety regulations with a peripheral speed of 32 m/s. Compatible with various tool drives such as flexible shaft drives and straight grinders the wheel is ideal for deburring cleaning and fine step by step grinding.
