This tool is ideal for pulling up embedded nails in floor coverings. If you can pull the nails then with the likes of partical board it can save creating a huge mess.
I bought this to replace an old hanmer. I work on sites as a plumber/fitter and dont need a hammer for much more than knocking in anchors and occasionally persuading bits of metal to get out of my way
This Claw Bar is great for my needs! Its smaller and lighter than a regular hammer, (which can be a negative if you still need a proper hammer), however if you have to carry tools around a lot, its perfect. The crow bar featurws means it is far more useful than just a hammer.
I will say that even though they sell a 10" & a 12" version, I would actually have preferred it to be maybe a 14, with a slightly more forward weight to the hammer, it is a little bit too lightweihjt for heavy duty prying/hammering at times, hense the 4 stars not 5. Hope this helps.
P.S. a prepper friend of mine says this is perfecr for his Bug-out-bag... if that helps anyone.

Great size light weight but has power
The Ox claw bar is easily one of my favourite tools because of the great amount of uses it has. Always comes in handy when changing roof tiles or removing nails from timber. It even came in handy when I was labouring on a landscaper because we used the bar to wedge the flags apart to get even spacing. Definitely worth having this tool on your belt.
Great it can be used as a prybar, hammer and even for light chiseling back of soft wood. But the product is just not large enough to be a proper demolition tool.
