Bought this to replace same cutter that was over 30 years old. I’d forgotten how good they are - got a perfect cut with half the effort. Great tool.
Quality British made tool, easily cut 2mm wall steel pipe without "spiralling". Same for the 3mm aluminium. Recommended.

Cuts pipes as it says it should
Needed this for 28mm copper which it cut well with a nice clean cut. Because it has a wide pipe size range (useful) it does mean the adjuster knob is fully unscrewed for 28mm pipe which means it will not swing in a restricted space, but if that is not a problem then it’s great.

I've got all sorts of cutters, for all sorts of situations, but this is the one I use 90% of the time. So quick and easy to use. If you give a good turn down on the handle on each turn you can get a nice inwardly-rounded end, which is great for push-fit fittings. You've always got a spare cutter in the handle, but I think I've changed my blade once over the year. Only bought a new one as mine went "walkies"!
