It's a plunger. It works well. To me, it always looks bigger in the picture than real life, but this does the job on sinks or showers. This particular one was purchased as a birthday gift for my sister, and she loves it. The last one I purchased was a Christmas gift to my daughter, and she laughed at it but she likes it too.. Hopefully, now I've taught them how to fish, I won't ever hear "while your here, can you do something with my sink [or shower]" ever again. Party ON
Good product with plenty of suction. Not the cheapest, but you het what you pay for and this is worth paying that little bit extra.

This looks to be well made (but still a bit expensive for one piece of moulded plastic). It seems more powerful and effective than a traditional shape of plunger though (bigger capacity).
Was going to buy the cheaper one that's for sale in toolstaion but after reading the reviews i went for this one and i must say i made the right choice it is very powerful and done the job with ease
