Bought to repair of the verge on our garage roof. I am not a professional but do do the occasional concrete repair, I found this far easier to use than a pointed trowel for throwing the muck in and for getting a flat finish, using a small pointing trowel for the in and out bits. It seemed well made to me and rather good value. I would recommend. AJC

Nice size and weight for helping mix and apply tile adhesive to smaller areas. Decent gauge steel which helps with functionality
